Delivery times
For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 4PM, orders that are placed after the 4PM cut-off time will be made on the next working day.

Europe, USA, Canada, Australia & Rest of the World – delivery is calculated by total weight of items in cart at time of checkout.

For Express UK deliveries all orders must be placed at 2pm on the Cut-off date.

All orders are sent guaranteed next working day delivery, however this can vary due to stock availability. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed, depending on what delivery method you have selected.

If you require your order at a certain time before 6pm then you will have to select from one of our Express Delivery options either before 10.30am or 12pm.

Please allow an extra working day for delivery to UK Offshore and Scottish Highlands destinations.

Delivery times are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

On the rare occasion that delivery is delayed due to our courier service we will not be able to send out any replacement goods until the original parcel has been confirmed as lost in transit. This can take up to 10 working days.

Please note: All International Delivery Costs are now measured at the weight of your parcel, including the territory you want your parcel shipped to.

All International prices stated above are the minimum delivery cost. Please ensure you check the quote given for your parcel to be delivered at your selected country in the checkout before placing your order.
